The provisions detailed in this Statement shall extend to all individuals whose personal data is processed, as described within the terms and conditions of the Buy Now Pay Later Agreement or any other agreement or arrangement established with the JarvixMoney platform on an ongoing basis. In situations where inconsistencies arise between this Statement and the pertinent agreement, this Statement shall take precedence concerning the protection of personal data belonging to the data subjects.
2. Definition of Data Protection Terms
Data is recorded information whether stored electronically, on a computer, or in acertain paper-based filing systems.
Personal data encompasses any information that pertains to an individual and from which the identity of that individual can be directly or indirectly determined.

3.1. We collect information about you when you willingly provide your Personal Data either directly to us or via our platform, as well as during your interactions, communications, and engagements with us.

3.3. Other data that we collect may encompass evidence of income and financial particulars, as well as images, videos, and/or audio recordings acquired by us via online channels (websites, emails, applications, etc.) or offline mediums (events, surveys, telephone conversations, etc.).
3.4. When you access or visit our website(s), IT portal(s), and/or mobile application(s), certain information may be automatically collected and stored. 4.1. Processing in order to provide JarvixMoney services
4.1.1. For the purposes of the provision of services by JarvixMoney, it is necessary for use to supply us with personal data for the opening or continuation of accounts and for the purposes of the establishment or continuation of Buy Now Pay Later services and related financial services or the processing of new or renewal applications or other services through JarvixMoney platform.
4.1.2. To prevent or investigate any instances of fraud, unlawful activities, omissions, or misconduct, irrespective of suspicion. This includes the handling and investigation of complaints.
4.1.3. To facilitate payment for products and services provided by us, our subsidiaries, or third parties on our behalf. This encompasses activities such as debt collection, credit card verification with third parties, and utilizing provided Personal Data for matching procedures against databases of known fraudulent transactions.
4.1.4. To determine the amounts of indebtedness owed to or by you.
4.1.5. To create and maintain credit scoring or risk related models.
4.1.6. To manage disciplinary, security, and quality assurance procedures, matters, and arrangements.
4.1.7. To generate statistics and conduct research for internal or statutory reporting, record-keeping requirements, and policy/process reviews.

4.4.1. JarvixMoney works with a variety of third parties and service providers to help provide you with our Services and we may share personal information with them to support these efforts.

4.4.2.1. to prevent, investigate, or act regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Service or any other agreement related to the Services, or as otherwise required by law.

4.4.2.3. to conform to legal requirements, or to respond to lawful court orders, subpoenas, warrants, or other requests by public authorities (including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements).
4.4.2.4. to debt collection agencies in case, you have any outstanding lending amount
4.4.3. JarvixMoney is responsible for all onward transfers of personal information to third parties in accordance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework, the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework, and Canada ’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
5. For how long do we retain your personal information?
5.1. In general, we keep your personal information throughout your relationship with us. Thie means, we will keep your information as long as you maintain an account on our platform.
5.2. Once, you request to terminate your relationship with us, we generally will continue to store archived copies of your personal information for legitimate business purposes such as to defend a contractual claim or for audit purposes and to comply with the law, except when we receive a valid erasure request.
6. How do we keep your personal information secure?
6.1. We follow industry standards on information security management to safeguard sensitive information, such as financial information, intellectual property, employee details and any other personal information entrusted to us.
